soya-yoghurt med persika, rågbröd och smoothie (banan, blåbär, hallon). såå skönt att det äntligen är sommarlov, man får sova ut och laga frukost i lugn och ro.

kör på en mjölk-, vetemjöls-, och sockerfri diet just nu, och är hemma ensam hela veckan så var tvungen att laga min mat själv. hittade bönpasta i skåpet och gjorde det här, så ifall nån är intresserad av ett hälsosammare alternativ till pasta följ receptet nedan!
 
i'm going for a dairy-, wheat-, and sugarfree diet right now, and since i'm home alone all week i had to make me some food by myself. found some soy bean pasta in the cupboard and made this, so if anyone's interested in a healthier alternative to pasta read the recipe below!
 
 
ingredients:
 
- 1 package of Explore Asian soybean spaghetti
 
sauce:
 
- 1 1/4 cups chopped onion
- 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
- 600g canned chopped tomato in tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped olives
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- thyme
- oregano
- salt
 
instructions:

1. cook the spaghetti by boiling 8 cups of water with a table spoon of olive oil and a pinch of salt, add spaghetti to the boiling water then simmer gently for 6-8 minutes or until cooked through. immediately, drain it.
 
2. for the sauce, heat olive oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. add onion and garlic; cook 4 minutes stirring occasionally then add tomatoes, olives, soy sauce and the herbs and bring to boil. add the drained spaghetti onto the sauce and stir. serve hot (with grated parmesan cheese on top).
